Using Relay
You must be at least 13 years old and able to agree to these terms. You are responsible for your account, the content you submit, and activity performed through your account. Keep account credentials and connected-client access secure.
AI answers are not guarantees
Relay obtains and compares outputs from AI models. Outputs can be incomplete, outdated, or wrong. Relay is not a substitute for professional medical, legal, financial, or safety advice. Verify important claims and use your own judgment before acting.
Third-party model providers
Depending on the action you request, Relay may send submitted questions and answers to OpenAI, Moonshot AI’s Kimi service, Google’s Gemini service, the DeepSeek Open Platform, and xAI’s Grok API. Those providers process content under their own terms and privacy policies. Relay’s Privacy Policy explains which content is sent for each website Battle or connected-client action.
Your content
You retain your rights in content you submit. You give Relay a limited permission to transmit, process, store, and display that content only as needed to operate and improve the service. Connected-client results are private to the signed-in owner by default. Content becomes public only when the owner separately chooses to publish it.
Acceptable use
Do not use Relay to violate law or another person’s rights, abuse or disrupt the service, bypass access controls, probe for vulnerabilities, distribute malware, or submit passwords, authentication tokens, API keys, or other credentials. Do not submit content you are not permitted to share with the model providers needed for the requested action.
Free usage and complimentary Pro
Relay currently charges no subscription fee and does not collect payment information. Each signed-in Free account receives up to $3 USD of estimated AI usage per UTC calendar month. After that allowance is reached, the account must wait for the next month or email Relay to apply for complimentary Pro access. Approval is discretionary, may be revoked to protect service reliability, and is not guaranteed. Council Review remains optional and its model calls count toward the same usage allowance.
Availability and account action
Relay may change, suspend, or discontinue features and may restrict an account that violates these terms or creates security, legal, or service risk. The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, Relay is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service or reliance on AI output.
